Barbacoa Boyz is a mobile kitchen serving Caribbean, Mexican and Southern comfort foods to the Quinte West and surrounding areas. Chef Jamie, has worked in the restaurant industry for 25+ years and is now bringing his professional chef skills to catering and a mobile kitchen trailer. He's a grill master and always delivers service with a smile. More importantly, you can tell his food is handcrafted with extra love! You can find the mobile kitchen at events, pop-ups festivals and other events throughout the year.

Financial Need

Barbacoa Boyz received a loan from the fund to help cover initial operating expenses and start-up costs to get the catering business off the ground and start generating revenue. The loan helped Barbacoa Boyz purchase equipment and supplies needed for catering throughout the area including the purchase of their new truck and completion of their commercial kitchen.
