She offers business development support and enjoys working with small and medium-sized local food entrepreneurs to launch food products and services. Anahita specializes in direct to consumer and packaged goods sales, marketing, and business planning.

Doug Appeldoorn is the Co-Owner of People's Pint Brewing Company, a brewery he co-founded with Peter Caira, in Toronto's west end Junction neighbourhood. The Brewery began with its roots firmly in the homebrewing community and continues to welcome both amateurs and professionals alike to brew collaborative beers.
Doug is active in the craft beer community as a Prud'homme Instructor and Master Beer Sommelier and continues to have a passion for beer education. He is also personally dedicated to issues that matter like climate change, social justice and supporting local businesses, Doug is a proud member of his community.
His personal conviction extends to the brewery itself and has been dedicated to promoting inclusiveness and equality. As a vocal supporter of Black Lives Matter, Women's Organizations and the LGBTQ2 Community, we believe all are welcome in the craft beer community. They also believe in supporting our local community by raising money for a number of causes including, area schools, the OSPCA, Sunnybrook Hospital and our local food bank, The Stop.
